Big news – Effective Monday, October 26^th, the BCIT promotional items program, affectionately known as ‘the Vault’, is moving from Marketing and Communications (Marcom) to Supply Management.

Why is it moving? Was it something we did? Not at all. Swag management is moving because Rand, Jimmy and their group in Supply Management are able to provide more product choice in a more convenient and efficient way.

You’ll be able to choose from a much wider range of products. You’ll also be able to order products via inventory.bcit.ca and have it delivered right to your office. And – wait for it – no more cross-charge forms to complete! Just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of that.

Full details on accessing and using the new system will be posted in the coming days. For now, we wanted to give you a heads up that we’ll need to close the Vault between Wednesday, October 21^st and Monday, October 26^th during the transition. If you need swag during that period, please contact Elizabeth Drews  (8410) or Joy Little (7072) a call before October 21^st.
